1. What we keep about you

Your name, your email address and your picture, as your sign-in provider gives them to us, and the organizations and teams you belong to.

2. When you accept the Terms of Service

Each time you accept a version of the Terms of Service we keep a record of it: the version you accepted, the time you accepted it, the IP address the request came from and the browser that sent it (its user agent). We keep these records for as long as your account exists, so that we can show which terms you agreed to and when.

3. When you sign in

We keep the time of your most recent sign-in. Site administrators can see it, along with which version of the Terms of Service you have accepted.

4. What you put into Mantle

What you and your organization store in Mantle is processed only to run the service for you, as the Terms of Service describe. Some features send content to AI models to draft or review it.
